1.

The color and size of the garment is strictly your preference and we only process your order as per your preference thereby it will be subject to our NO refund / return / exchange policy in case you supply us with incorrect size or color and this applies for both standard and custom products. We request you to double check your specifications before clicking the submit button. For your convenience we have installed size charts to measure yourself on our site. Feel free to give us a call on our toll free number – 1-888-556-5257 or send a mail to customersupport@leathericon.com in case of any queries.

In case you order more than 2 products at once you would be subject to our NO refund / return / exchange policy. We do this to avoid resellers and negative marketers. We also do this to dissuade customers who order multiple outfits but return the ones they don’t like.

The customer service representative give you a call or email you inside of 24 hours following your order placement for order affirmation prior to we processing it. It's to ensure that there aren't any last second changes like color changes or measurement changes.

a.

In case of no response from your side within the stipulated time period (24 hours) we will assume the confirmation and start work on your order.

b.

Any request for alterations after the 24 hour time limit will not be entertained by leathericon as your order would already be in process.

4.

Order cancellation requests will be entertained if they fall under the below clauses: -
 

a.

Order cancellations within 3 days of order confirmation are going to result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from the ordered sum.
 

b.

Order cancellations after 7 days (a week) of order confirmation are going to result in deduction of 75% from the ordered item amount.
 

c.

After a week no requests for order cancellation will be entertained.

Our quality control division inspects the product before shipment to make sure it satisfies our strict quality guidelines. In case the merchandise gets damaged while in shipment, you are subject to a replacement which will be expedited from our end with no additional charge on you. In case your merchandise reaches you in a damaged state, give us a call on: 1-888-556-5257 or mail to us at customersupport@leathericon.com within 24 hours of receiving the item mentioning the level of damage for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Our returns section won't acknowledge any returns not having a return authorization number.


6.

Refunds shall be undertaken only if the delivery is more than 15 working days after we send you a mail confirming shipment. You should be aware that this fixed time of 15 business days, commence from the moment we get final order confirmation from you and the payment getaway confirmation. In case your package fails to get there inside of the 15 business days, you should request for the order tracking code. After verifying that the shipment was shipped to the address you provided us, we shall initiate the complete refund comprising the delivery costs.
